Magazine Limits for shooting games

AFAIK there are no rifle mag limits... Whatever you can legally get. Many of us ran beo mags at the EESA match.

I would have to some more digging to see where the mag limit clarification came from, it may be IPSC Canada as opposed to IPSC world.

Piligrim the law is that a non restricited, semi auto, centre fire firearm is 5 rounds in the magazine. no restricitons on what is in the chamber or on the follower.

and with clarity to that, it is with 5 rounds of whatever the magazine was designed to hold by design. Therefore the legal 10+ round pistol and beowolf mags and the 2 3/4" shells in a 3.5" shotgun.

I have not heard anything about multigun using .50 beowulf mags....however, once they are more common, you won't see anyone complaining. 10rd rules for handgun are the rules, as not everyone would have access to functional magazines that for instance, hold more 9mm than .40.
