Magazine problem with Nork CZ copy.

I bought a used Nork CZ copy in .40 S&W a little while back, it came with only one mag and is miss pinned to eight rounds. That is not the problem. Today I picked up two mecgar mags for the CZ75/85 in .40S&W. They will go in the mag well fine but will not catch. Looking at the mags the holes for the catch are much smaller. I can dremel them out which should make them work but that will mean never taking them back. Should I take them back and get Nork mags? Are there other ones that work properly without fussing. The gun itself works great and is super accurate.

Is that the Norinco NP-40? Marstar has some Norinco NP-40 mags listed in stock....a little pricey at $39.95. If you can return the ones that don't work, the OEM mags would probably be the way to go.

Good to hear your NP-40 works well....I don't have a CZ of any kind, but a Norc clone is affordable enough to scratch the itch.
