Magazine Question?

I have a Norinco Model 213, {The 9mm Tokarev} I bought it used and it only came with one mag. A banned dealer (m@rst@r) has Norinco NP17 mags in stock, they are for the new Norinco tokarev {it is also 9mm}

So my question is, will the NP17 mags fit in my 213?

Some more info: the 9mm mag that I have has the block in the mag, I know that some models have the block in the magwell.

I see that the pictures didn't work, here they are.

The ones that fit in my pistol have the internal spacer,

Does anyone know where to find these?

This ordeal is making me appreciate revolvers more and more.

Had a TT33 with 7.62 and 9mm bbl set.

Got blocked 9mm mags like you describe from Lever Arms in BC.

Good luck.

I checked lever arms, they've got the other style. But they are sold out of the type that I need.

I have not looked, but Trade Ex use to have mags, while back

Just checked Trade Ex, they are sold out.

At least with the pistol that I got, I can modify 7.62x25 mags to work. And I might just have to do that if I can't find any 9mm mags.

You can use standard 7,62x25 magazines with 9mm *fairly* reliably. Charge it up with nine, then slap the back of the mag. a few times in your palm. The cartridges should line up with a neat gap in the rear, taking the place of the missing spacer.

If you're going to be running and gunning, the cartridges will shift around, but at the range bench no problem.

(This obviously doesn't work with the shortened magwell versions of the pistol, which require a physically shallower mag.)
