Magazines for CZ tactical sport orange 40

Love my new CZ Tactical sport orange 40 but the mags suck part metal part plastic. CZ Custom has 17 rd mags all metal but they will not pin them to ten to ship them to Canada. Anyone out there know of a way to get these mags pined and into Canada ?
