Magpul 870 total gun package question?

Just to clear up your intention, you want a Rem 870 mag extension that will go past the length of your 18.5" barrel plus what ever the extended length choke adds to that length, by an inch or so....?
Sounds like a one off custom job. Maybe a plus 3 will do it for you?
The Magpul edition has a unique 6 round tube. (Also found on the Blackhawk 870 and called Express when sold without the BH stock)
Adding a +1 makes this 18.5" 7+1, not 6+1 like all other 18.5" 870s.
I put a +1 on mine. (Dimples must be removed) The extension extends about an inch past the muzzle.
I add an extended choke leaving the muzzle and tube flush.
If you were to add a +2, and then use the extended ported breacher choke, I believe the +2 would stick out past the end of that longer choke.
Here is mine.
