I've got a UBR with strike plate on my .308 LMT MWS and really like it. I took the doors off the candy container though.

Can the doors on the storage compartment on the UBR 2 be removed like the ones on the original UBR?

Doesn't look like there's an ability to host the strike plate. I wouldn't mind getting the limited rotation QD's down the road for mine.

I like it! Only thing I'm skeltical about is that it's lighter. I actually prefer the weight of the current UBR to balance out the front heavy rifles.
