Magpul bottom metal review/advice

I have the magpul and it does the job, but it is only made of plastic. Is your atlasworx bottom metal busted or not working? If it's functioning as it should, I don't know why you would consider replacing it with something weaker. It would be a downgrade in my opinion.
 
I had to do a bit of inletting to install my Atlasworxs DBM in my HS-P stock. The Magpul will be a sloppy fit and need a spacer in the rear since it replaces a BDL floorplate. Probably look like chit with wonky gaps.
 
I replaced the hinged floorplate on the stock of my 700 5R with the Magpul kit and I'm impressed with the setup. I did have to do some work with the dremel to open up the stock a bit but it has worked out quite well. I also needed to do some minor filing of the magpul magazine's engagement surface in order for it to interface properly with my setup, but it works flawlessly now that it is done. It's a cheap upgrade that really completed my rifle. I'm just waiting for the PMAG 10 AC's to be in canada to order a few more.
