Magpul CTR, worth the price ???

looking for opinions whether or not the CTR is worth $160, compared to a standard M4 stock which I already have.

I bought one a couple years ago, it looked cool fit tight to the buffer tube, but I didn't feel it was worth the extra cost.

Depends on what $160 is worth to you.

They have a nicer cheek weld and fit a bit more snugly. I don't like the secondary locking lever, and prefer the MOE for this reason.

Not really. But you can find a colour to match your carpet and people seem to like that.

I've always been very pleased with Magpul equipment. I'm have the new Magpul sights, the CTR, and the Magpul enhanced trigger guard on mine. I have found their products to be sound in quality and ergonomics personally.

I've got two CTR stocks. I find them SO much more comfortable than the regular collapsible stocks, that I think you'd be crazy not to install one. That's just me, but I like my toys.

CTR is worth the $$$ for the locking feature. I love mine but the MOE is fine as a standard replacement of the M4 6 position (shouldnt be that much more $$$$).

Magpul is a great company and they are more than willing to deal with Canadians if it wasnt for what the own government imposes on them under ITAR!!!

Amen, the one's in the EE are $200.

Save yourself the hassle, the waste of money and order from Brownell's. Use the extra $80 on ammo.

Yeah, but you order it anyway and they will back order it under your name once it comes in it will ship. They are in the US, backorder dosent mean months like it does here in Canada....

Try Opsgear in the U.S., they will ship to Canada.......prices were the same as brownells.
