I think maybe the point he is trying to make is when you are at the point of shooting someone, you have gone from being defensive to being offensive. You are now actively trying to end the threat.

Thats what I get from it anyway. YMMV.

pretty much how i understood it.
Shooting someone is an aggressive action .. whether in a defensive or offensive situation, the action is still the same

1/4 MOA @ 700m, 120kph crosswind, #7 steel 2 3/4" , cylinder choke and bead sight
