I put one on my 16.5 inch sps bull barrel in short action. Absolutely awesome. Instant accuracy (the hogue stock wasn't free floating) and really comfy from bench or standing. I love it. Got mine from wanstalls. Do a Google search magpul hunter canada and you will eventually find ine for under 350.

Forgot to say my one gripe with it. The cheek rest. It comes with no flat rest. The cheek weld is really high out of the box. I have a 40mm scope and it's close to the bore. I had to find the flat cheek rest and it's still a tiny bit high. Stock comes with the .25. The kit comes with .25 and .50. Doesn't come with the .00 piece. The 10/22 version of the stock comes with it. I called magpul and they do not (or did not at the time) make and distribute them alone. They said it was becoming a common complaint.
