Both boys got iphones for xmas this year... early presents, and as they took them to school, I gave them both my available cases... a white casemate and a OD green magpul.
SO, I needed a new one. Back to Daves. The new model iphone 4 case is MUCH better. Better lip for the screen, overall feels thicker, and fits better. MEGA flash flare on the orange though. Not sure about the other colors, but movie light is OK, and I use flash minimally, but heads up. This feels GREAT, I'm happy with it.

So, some have the ribs that cover the whole phone, but some pics I see the ribs only on the corners of the phone? What gives, which is it? If te ribs cover the whole back, I want one.

There is a new style, on Dave's website they have "NEW" in the description, and are as pictured in my post.

I have the old style, and I like it a lot. Keeps the phone nice and slim with nice texturing. Buttons a little squishy though, but you get used to it.

I have the newer style case in FDE & the original in black, but I rarely use flash so I have no clue if it has negative effect on it.
