I like... anybody heard anything about those?

Found them on Magpul "gallery", promising pics but not much info...
The solid trigger guard is a nice touch, same profile as their Enhanced Trigger Guard. There is also some heavy checkering on the front of the magwell.

It sure looks sweet with MIAD and CTR...

Those look like "freshly cut" lowers, there is also some sketches of anodized finished lower on their site...
But seriously nobody knows anything about them?

I doubt that finish is complete. It looks like raw aluminum.

Either way, a spray gun and some gunkote and yer done! Looks slick. I have lots of magpul accessories on my AR, and they are awesome!

I've been digging the net for more info on those, somewhere in ARF I read "...3 months..." from a magpul employee (post dated from jan) that is pretty close from now.
Lets just hope they make it up here! Wolverine?

In the mean time have a look at those close-up (still before anodizing).

Im thinking that there would be a pretty good market for these lowers. Too bad we wont be able to get the matching stocks :(
Yeah thats really too bad, I don't get the USDS reasoning on this; are not the other brands stock falling in the same class for export permits? How come we can get some of those? Because they are not as nice? :bsFlag:

was not the CTR in the same wagon as the UBR?

Anybody have an update on those?
I was also wondering if that US export law on collapsible stocks applies if the said stock is part of a complete lower? That might be the way to get UBR up here.
