Magpul mbus front sight adjustmemt

I want to lower the front sight on my magpul mbus front sight. Which way do I turn it so that the front sight lowers? The setting now I have to cover the target with the front sight, it's a bit to high.

It has standard right hand threads... leftie loosie, rightie tightie.

Screw it clockwise to move your sight down to raise your point of impact.

That should work (aligning front, red dot, and rear sight) but I would confirm it on the range.

That should get you in the vincinity, but in no way should you not zero your irons by themselves.

its a good at home method, and itll be close enough, but youll need to adjust more closely at the range

My irons were shooting well, I just had to cover the target with the front irons. Dialed in the red dot but noticed the red dot covers the front sight, hence my desire to move the front sights down.

Made the adjustments , 4 quarter clicks down and the front sight now sits right below the red dot. I know the red dot is hitting the right spot so will have to test the irons on the range as well now. Thanks everyone for the help!
