My suggestion: get a GG&G light mount.
It fits between the mag tube and the mag cap and allows you to mount a flashlight that won’t move everytime you pump.
The magpul, and cheaper option, would be to buy a magpul rail section and install it where you want on your handguard.

Yes MLOK Forend
I don't think the GGG flashlight mount (or similar) will work with an M-LOK Forend ....
I use the Streamlight 870 Shotgun Rail on my 870s that do no have an M-LOK Forend.
The M-LOK Forend extends beyond the magazine cap .... and there is no room for the GGG flashlight mount.
But I could be wrong ..... I never tested this.
