Magpul The art of the Precision Rifle

Milarm in Edmonton has them in stock. I just bought the set. You cannot order from the states especially brownells (ive tried). Apparently because theses videos have a Nato Stock Number they arent easily imported.

Very informative. Nice to see a group of guys who can already shoot well get taught something then right away they adjust and make it happen. Not having to watch them over an over attempt is bice

I guess i'm odd man out . I bought the DVD set last year and while entertaining and worth the watch I can't say that I really learned anything but I don't think it was made as instructional , just entertaining .

No you're not :). The first 2 discs are ok (only) the remaining discs don't offer much IMO. Not a waste of money, but not not a lot of substance either.

mainly for entertainment, but watching good shooters you can pick up a few small things like I said... I didn't pick up much but as a new shooter I did get a few helpful hints.

Felt like a Horus advertisement. I learned that if you have an experienced spotter telling you exactly what to do, you too can make 1000 yard shots after emptying half a mag ;)

I bought it, but I got through the first dvd and that was kinda it. I find the sniper 101 videos on youtube far more informative.

+1. I would pay big bucks for sniper 101 in book I format for reference. Magpul art of the precision rifle was fluff mixed with half truths. About as useful as watching friends at the range.
