On an export permit, like everything else we import from the USA.
These are NOT in any way gray market or backdoor as I just plain do NOT work that way.
The Dept of State like our own government bodies make no sense at all, the last time I ordered Magpul stocks we got a note that they could not be shipped, a few weeks later an order with these 1s in it showed up.
I keep ordering stuff and it seems like a crap shoot as to what the DOS rule of the moment is, but the permits are in place and if suppliers wish to fill the orders that the permits cover I have no problem with that.

Hey Rick are you going to keep bringing in these stocks, or rather, keep trying to funnel them down the crap shoot? Im not ready yet, but soon I wouldn't mind getting one. Perhaps maby even the ACS stock...???
