Mags for mdi slr

Anyone have some recommendations for 10 round mags that will drop free from an slr? My cpd lar-15s won’t. Don’t really like having to pull the mag every time.

My first SLR with a very early serial number has an extremely tight magwell. The only mags that reliably drop free are the MFT poly 10 round mags.

My second SLR with a much higher serial number has no issue with mag compatibility.

I would recommend the MFT mags if your SLR has a tight magwell.

We have built a few with early production #s.. 100-110. 10 mins with a file in the magwell will make any mags drop.

I have an early SLR. Mags seem to catch on the corners in the upper but after jamming mags in and out a hundred times or so mags drop free.

DO NOT use E-LANDER steel mags in early SLRs they will require pliers to remove.
