Just order a Boyd stock for my TC venture. Because the factory venture stock has the trigger gard as part of the stock and is not removable Boyd's provides one with there stock. The one that comes with the stock is fuggly looks like something you would see on a old beater 22. Was wondering if any one here has ever eather made one or mod another brand of gard (like a rem 700adl) to fit? If ya have and don't mined sharing tips or pics that would be grate. Really don't like the looks of a bent piece of metal for a gard on my hunting rifle.
