After having a Remington R1 Carry with CT on the EE without an offer, i decided to give away this 1911 to a true friend with a small budget, leaving for NH soon i think it was the right thing to do since peoples with a small budget deserve a break.:)

Nice form!

I took my buddy and his wife shooting for the first time today. Ammo is always on my dime, if they’re hooked and want to come back, they pay their share. Both had an awesome time, and will be taking their PAL/RPAL in May.

It’s good to get new shooters out, hopefully he pays it forward

Excellent thing to do Caramel. I also like to do things like that. A while back I learned a friend had stage 4 cancer, so I went into my safe and took out an exceptionally fine bottle of Whisky that isn't available anymore (less than 700 bottles, single cask), and sent it to him to share with his dad and brother.

Months later, another friend saw a dozen bottles on a shelf in Edmonton...it all works out when you are generous.

From time to time, I bring new people to the range. Ammo is on my dime. At certain times I also pay for the guest fees.
I think it is my way of bringing people to the sport or, at least,to see it is a respectable hobby.

I have the same pistol, bought it after messaging with you a while back and you suggesting the pistol - such a great shooter; I'm sure your friend will enjoy it. Nicely played, sir.
