Making my Savage MarkII into a 1000 yard competition gun

I dont know the angle but at 1435 fps it would drop 209 feet thats 2508 inches guessing a guy would need about a 160 moa mount with a scope that would give you at least another 50 moa. Just a guess not like I was trying to figure out what I would need to do it. Maby a custom built Variable#Gantry#Mount would work in a 1000 yard indoor shooting range with a 220 foot ceiling so you wouldnt have to pass the bullet thrue 5 diffrent wind currents.
