Making your own modified case?

I want to make a modified case for my Hornady Lock-N-Load Overall Length Gauge. I don't own a lathe or drill press. Is anyone here willing to drill and tap it for me for a small fee? I can send you a couple of once fired .308 brass? PM if interested. I live in Whitehorse so I would prefer someone in Western Canada so I an not waiting a month.
