Just curious, how many of you have ever experienced a malfunction of any sort with your Black/Green gun.
If you could fill out this little template to let me/us know what could have played a factor in the failure it would be appreciated.

Type of lubricant: Swiss arms cleaning kit grease
Type of ammo: Winchester .223rem bulk pack
Brand of Mags: Magpul PMAG (newer M model)
Round Count since last cleaning: ~250
Total Round count: ~ 1200-1600
Weather: Sunny day
Comment: Failure due to incorrectly seated mag. No other failures.
