I don't think Tapco has shipped to Canada since 1998 or thereabouts.

Too much of a hassle. Gotta have a U.S. address. Tapco was heavy into ATI stocks, maybe made by them ?

ithinked tapco ended up buyign the rest of the ati folder stocks ator just after the 1994 ban
