I just spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to load pictures, because a story is useless without pictures.
We left for our hunt on Sunday the 11th the roads were bad and some highways were closed, what is typicaly a 2 hour drive turned into 4.5 hours. We got the tent setup before dark, it took us 1.5 hours to shovel snow and setup the tent. The temp was -10 and the wind was from the north, it was sure nice to get the stove going. Our plan was to hunt from Monday to Saturday. On Wednesday morning I was sitting in my spot watching the fence line when this guy stepped out walking from the bush to the fence line. Dropped him with a high shoulder shot from 200 yards (30-06, 150 grain TTSX at 2975 FPS) My brother hunted hard until we had to leave on Saturday, this was the only mature buck we seen in 6 days.
