I hope this "possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose" isn't merely having a milsurp collection. This guy doesn't seem like much of a criminal. Its too bad.

I tend to frown upon people "dealing" drugs.....your providing a service but your really trafficking in human misery.....I realize it's just pot but it's not much of a leap from that to coke, crack or meth?

^^^^ so using that logic, if one shoots animals, not much of a leap to shoot people. I know lots of people that smoked weed for over 30 years and have never touched any other drugs. Often not drink or even like taking pills from the dr. Weed isnt like hard drugs. Its way more like booze. Because some one drinks beer does that mean they would also smoke meth? Or driving a car, its a small step to becoming a street racer and so forth.

But he did break the law and hes being punished for it. He knew it was illegal and i just hope the rifles are saved in this case.

I'm sorry, but that's just silly. "Criminal" is often simply a subjective interpretation by the courts.

I disagree. Human misery is controlled by the individual who made the conscious decision to abuse those products. It comes down to personal responsibility and accountability. Millions of people use those products with zero ill effects.
