Looks a lot more useful than some of the tactikewl at all costs monstrosities.
Forearm is widened. Hopefully not so much that the rifle cannot be comfortably hand held.
As far as the treatment of the bottom of the butt is concerned - a stock that has a more conventional profile can be more versatile. If the stock slopes toward the grip, elevation can be controlled by sliding a rear bag or the fist fore and aft.

Manners makes some pretty great stuff! Saw a Manners stocked M700 take 1st place (custom build of course) at the NSCC Sniper matches last Aug 2009. Hey, he happened to be a fantastic shooter and wind reader also!
