A little story about Manner's customer service.

Had my gun together and tried working the bolt but I couldn't get it to go back far enough to eject a cartridge as the back of the bolt would hit the cheek rest. Also my Badger action had two little bosses that weren't machined into the pillars of the stock. I wrote a little note to Manner's on the Sunday evening letting them know about the bosses and if I could get a new cheek piece. The very next morning at 09:30 (07:30 Montana time) I get a call from the owner himself Tom Manner's who addressed both issues 100%. He insisted on refunding the cost of having the pillars installed, since I had paid for them he said they should have been machined, period! He said they also had a specific cutout for the cheek rest for the Badger action that should have been provided which he could send me, or I could do a mock up of exactly how I wanted it cut, send it to them, and they'd machine a new one to match and cover shipping both ways. Because my scope is mounted a little higher he said he would also provide longer stems for the cheek rest, I said it didn't seem to be a problem but he insisted that he would prefer if the logger head had 100% contact with the stems.

He spent a good 10 minutes making sure everything I needed fixed was sorted to my satisfaction. I was truly impressed with his attitude, it was very clear that he had a earnest interest that every customer was happy with what they got. The stock is just about perfect, and based on Manner's customer service I would not hesitate to buy more of them.

Mine is pretty plain and I have no way to post a pic. T4-A in sand.

Very nice stock and would recommend to anyone looking at that style of stock.

OK, how about some more info if your up to it?

I see a Spuhr mount, how did you like it? I'm currenting using there separate rings?
Was the action hard to source? What's the DBM? Badger?
What's your barrel contour there? length?
Did you have Manners install the Atlas rail? G2G?
How does the dipped finish stand up to solvents etc?

Very Nice BTW, and thanks for the pic!

I'm waiting for a few things to get sorted then I was going to post a thread on it, so I'll keep it short and sweet.

Spuhr mount, very nice, hard to see the level bubble without moving your head, I've learned to use my weak eye and know that when the bubble is on the left line all is good, improvise-adapt-overcome! :)
Action was Gas Nitrided by Nitrex and bolt fluted
Premiere Reticles 3-15x50 Gen 2XR reticle, Accuracy 1st anti cant
I may have a spare action and KRG Whiskey III stock for sale soon ;), had to purchase and import them myself through a third party as Badger won't sell direct, real PIA but worth it.
22" Broughton 7.7 heavy varmint, Badger brake, .260 Rem
Badger DBM, AI AW 10rnd double stack mags, X-Treme 2 stage trigger (awesome!)
Manners T4A w/ installed Atlas rail, LRA Light Tactical bipod (rock solid!)

I did some reading online on the Badge action, only because it wasn't familiar to me, seems to be "rock" solid. I have a PR 5X25 and it's difficult to see the level in the Spuhr rings. I'm a "lefty" so I went with the separate rings.
I have a Stiller Tac 30 thats sitting right now in a AICS 2.0, so that will be going in the Manners. I like the AICS, but its too heavy, and I prefer the ergonomics of the McMillan A5. That's looks to be one "beefy" barrel. What profile did you give Manners? Overall a very impressive "stick"

Ahhh I was trying to name the bi-pod.

Not so much stick, feels like an axle when I throw it over my shoulder, not sure why I got a sling for it cuz I sure as hell ain't carrying it far! :)

LOL, I guess, that barrel looks huge, I got "flush cup" but don't think they will see much use? LOL.
How do you like the Badger action? did you have any other in mind?, when I saw it, it reminded me of a AI action.

Here's mine:

T5A wrapped around a Weatherby Vanguard action, Krieger 30" Heavy Palma barrel with a Holland Quick Discharge brake chambered in 300 Wby Mag. Also sporting a Ken Farrel 20MOA base with a Sightron SIII 10-50x60 LRIRMOA that will be going on my newest rifle once Sean at North Shore sends it to me.

I use this for when I hunt from a blind.

I think if one were trying to build a rifle that emulates a Tank as closely as possible.... this rifle would be it!

Man that thing looks solid haha, nice rifle sir!
