'Fraid so! Canada customs had to take their cut coming across the border. All our paperwork made it very clear what we had and how much we owed them.

But we thought we'd keep the safeties low!
 
Just placed my order for a FDE manticore handguard, super excited to get it!

I went with EMS cause it was the only shipping method available (Registered Mail was not an option) But I don't care how it's shipped, as long as I get it eventually :d

Sorry about that! Go for EMS. Depending on Canada Day service it should be in your hands by the end of the week!
 
wow guys...for those of us who are loyal customers and waited and placed orders right away even at what was quite a higher price than USA, to see this 17% off two days later...is just not right!! very dissapointed!

Ah, you're looking at the 4th of July sale.

Unfortunately we didn't know when Manticore would be released from customs, and when they were, everyone wanted them on the site ASAP! The 4th of July sale has been locked in for weeks, so unfortunately it wasn't on anyone's mind while we were launching Manticore.
