True and a Joseph Manton .410 would be worth a significant amount. But this gun was made in Belgium likely during an era when the Belgians frequently produced guns with names similar to the high end English gun makers.
It's impossible to say what this gun would be worth without seeing it. But a Belgian gun with damascus barrels that aren't nitro proved probably falls into the wall hanger category.
You need to look at the proof marks; if it was made in Belgium, it will have an oval with ELG* inside. If British it will have a crown over crossed maces.
The expensive Mantons were stamped J Manton or James Manton and would not have been made as cartridge guns. A relative carried on as Manton and Sons well into the cartridge era and the ones that I have seen were in the economy category although arguably a little better than the Belgian guns. Belgium marketed guns stamped with a variety of names that appeared to be British but were not. For example Parker instead of William Parker or Manton instead of James Manton.
The gun might be suitable for black powder loads but would need to be checked over by someone knowledgeable. It also is probably chambered for 2" shells and you would probably have to use .444 Marlin brass as a substitute.
