manual from tc

I recently bought a used .45 scout, however the seller did not have the manual. So I called tc up and the said they would be glad to send me one, great I thought, until days turned into weeks, ah you know the rest. anybody ever had good luck doing this?

Can the scout carbine be changed to use 209 primers?

Theres nothing in the manual that would suggest it, If you phone TC they have a gun smith who will answer any Questions regarding TC's heres the number 603-332-2333 Hope this helps
