I remember once seeing a thread on here about a guy that had PDF's of the reloading manuals. Is this still a thing? I stumbled across a link to said thread, but alas it was "not found".

Also, if I would lean towards certain bullets (Nosler's offerings), is it a good idea to opt for their reloading manual? Should I get the reloading manuals of the company that makes the press I have (leaning towards a Lee)?

Cheers!

David

I have been using Lee for 40 years now and still going. If you look after your stuff (don't drive over it with your truck) it will last as long as any other press. Some of the components leave a bit to be desired but that is another discussion.

If you are looking at using Nosler bullets then you should definitely get the Nosler manual. I have 4 manuals and often get more info from online sites. For the 40 or 50 bucks, you cannot have too many manuals. You will see that the numbers and results don't always agree from one manual to another but usually are pretty close.

I always buy the manuals from the bullet manufacturers. They spend a lot on R&D to test a wide variety of powders with their bullets.

The bullet manufacturer's manuals will, obviuosly, feature loads for their product line.
The Lee and Lyman manuals are component neutral, but they both do a sales pitch for their reloading equipment.
The ABC's of Reloading is a good reference / start as well.
