Manurhin MR 73 Alert!

I see they come with the Trausch grips so add about $375 or so for a set of Nills.....Lovely gun though and they do look good with the shorter barrel.....Hmmmm.

Those have a nice barrel profile. Too bad the factory marked Nills are not standard.

I’m wondering if the other sponsor will get these also...

Tradex said it was a special order exclusive to them. The 4.25" barrel option doesn't appear in the Manurhin catalog. OTOH, I suspect they'd make a special order for whoever was prepared to write the cheque.

I'd be tempted by this except that

a. I already have a 5.25" Manurhin

b. I think my boat needs new elbows and risers on the starboard engine

c. my summer "toy" car just came out of storage with a CEL on indicating an new O2 sensor. :(

Too many toys!

Yup, I know the feeling!!

Between the sport car addiction, new motorcycle in the garage since yesterday and all the other toys... Life is good but not easy!

I've spoke with the other man from the other sponsor and he confirmed the he too was awaiting this special "Canadian" run of MR 73's...

If past history is anything to go by the "other sponsor" may end up being a bit cheaper too.

Did the other guy say if his were coming with the Trausch grips or the Nills with the Manurhin medallion?

You're probably right.

They all come with Trausch rubber now. The Nill/Manurhin medaillon wood grips are available at extra cost (both sponsors have them in stock). They fitted some wood on their remaining MR 73's a few months back at no extra cost so they would sell quicker.
