March import

dont mean to hop on another thread, but also dont want to create an entire new one.

wondering whether the export schedule is a bit backlogged so we're all a month behind? or are we on track if i placed my order on march 3?

my order status currently states : Shipping and Taxes paid, awaiting export to Canada
im hoping thats just autofilled and you guys dont actually change it to "exported to canada"

IRG has stated export is due at end of March
 
Yep, I saw that.

Was just questioning it as your order was placed Feb 2nd (before the March deadline)
Mine was placed March 3rd (Before the april deadline).

Their updates show that an export is arriving on April 1st. Just unsure whether the orders placed before March 15th are on there as well.
 
I’ll share my recent timing. My Dec 20 order (Jan 15 cutoff) looked like this:
- Jan 17 - email to pay shipping and taxes (GST)
- Feb 9 - order status updated to “ Customer completely paid, order arrived to Canadian facility”
- Feb 12 - item picked up by Canada post
- Feb 13 - delivered (I’m lucky I’m also in AB)

I think 4-6 weeks after the cutoff is common, allowing for delays in customs, delays in sending the export and delays in Canada post shipping.

Hmm, that gives me some hope, my order should be in this export.

Two of my 3rd party import orders were submitted on 2/11, and 2/13, and delivered to the AZ location on 2/19 and 3/8, checked with Nick, and he said both of them would be delivered to AB by the last week of March and would start to be shipped out during the first week of April.

It's 4/8, and I haven't received the email asking me to pay tax & duty, nor has the status been updated since the day I submitted the order. Have been trying to reach you via email, and call, but neither made it through.

Wondering if you gonna do me an update? Order # are IO-5630 and IO-5631. Thanks!
