marking on my CZ75-B

I have a CZ75-B i bought a few years ago and one of the pass owners had his name put on the frame and under that he has the letters P.P.C.L.l can any one tell me what these might mean ??

If it has a number in front of it, that will designate which battalion of the Princess Patrica's Canadian Light Infantry the owner was with.
