I've communed with the Google oracle but haven't been able to find a synthetic stock for an 1894 yet. Not that I dislike the wood, but I'm thinking of cerakote which doesn't fare well with wood.

Anyone know of one?

Cheers!

A company called ramline used to make a synthetic stock for the marlin 336 which would fit, but they've since discontinued it. As far as i know, there is no synthetic stock option for the 1894. The dark series are a painted laminate stock but not where it comes in contact with the receiver. Also mine has chipper where the lever comes close to the stock cycling the firearm.

There is a company in the US called Ranger Point Precision that makes a killer stock for the Marlins, but sadly they will not ship to Turdville.

So it looks like Ranger Point Precision did make the polymer stock for it as of 10 months ago. As luck would have it, they're not producing them anymore.

I don't believe so... smaller company with a niche item. I think most of their sales were direct through them. It's too bad, as it had RPP logo stipling on the grip area. Was a really nice looking unit.
