Whats out there for big game ammo sold in Canada and where can I buy? And what are the best sight or scope options for close to mid range? Also what kind of oil or lube is best for
40c to -50c? The wife and I are moving to the great white north and any helpful advise would be great, thanks.

A Leupold VX3 1.5-5x20mm would serve that rifle well, or an XS or Skinner sight system.

I have had excellent luck on bear and moose with the hornady 350gr FN's.

Scope? Scout Scope with the XS or Skinner sights.

I use Full Synthetic automotive oil on all my guns. does a superb job, 100x cheaper then "gun" oils, and won't gel in cold temps.

if you really want a big loop and whatever the shop is telling to you come to any range with them to check that the firearm is cycling feeding and ejecting without hassle ... otherwise you ll dream about it and never has a use for it ....

for others advices everything has been covered ...
