It lasted 32 minutes. Ask me how I know lolWell that didn’t last long
My nephew bought one a few months back with the magpul furniture it’s not buttery smooth not at all more like a jamomatic. He’s so disheartened by it he hasn’t even reached out to anyone yet. By far the smoothest one that I’ve handled was one of the latest Remington models.Gotta be faster than that guys.
Can’t wait to feel the buttery smooth action.
Probably a scalper lolIt lasted 32 minutes. Ask me how I know lol

Glad I'm not the only one. Don't get me wrong, I love my marlin almost as much as I love my dog, but that action has always been action only a mother could love. I oiled it up and it worked a little better, but mostly I just have to remember to put my purse down before I cycle it.My nephew bought one a few months back with the magpul furniture it’s not buttery smooth not at all more like a jamomatic. I tend to agree with you here. I had a late Remlin Trapper (2019) lever gun in .4570 and it was great, super smooth action, felt well made. I have only shot 1 newer Ruger Marlin and it suffered multiple malfunctions the only time I tried it.My nephew bought one a few months back with the magpul furniture it’s not buttery smooth not at all more like a jamomatic. Whys that? Do they need to be smoothed out or something? If you use this gun for self-defence in predator country, I would certainly recommend taking it to a reputable gunsmith and having it looked at.
