Marlin 1895G help please

Can anyone out there send me a picture of the leaver engaging the bolt? You will have to take the bolt out for it. I had my bolt stolen out of my truck and had to replace it. The new bolt doesn't open all the way and I think it's because the hole for the lever has a bit too much material on it. I'm thinking of taking a very small round file to it but would like to see how the lever sits in there first.

Only have a 2002 era 1895GS. Would a photo of that help or does it have to be a G?

It can be any 1895. The bolts should all be the same. I just need a top-down picture of the where the lever sticks into the slot in the bolt.

take out the ejector, and test fit it to the bolt.
its probably your problem
