marlin 1895g scout scope

i want to put a scout scope on my guide gun .im putting it on the xs scout rail but i cant find any scout scopes can some one help me out please......Dan

Two ways to go, get a proper scout scope like the FX-II 2.5x28mm IER Scout by Leupold or go with a good pistol scope. Pistol scopes tend to have more eye relief by design.

I mounted a Aimpoint red dot on my 45-70GG, seems to make the purists mad but is a great useable set-up. Easy to use and fast on target
