Last I heard from Epps is the 2010 full line of rifles won't be for some time. This is what I got back from them April 28th:

While we do have the full line-up of Marlin Rifles on back order, at this time we do not have specific delivery dates in place. Please keep a watchful eye on our website in order to determine availability on this or any other firearm in which you are interested.

I contacted Epps this week and was told they are expecting delivery in 10-12 weeks.
