What's the word on the latest generation for fit an function? Have they gotten through the bad years?

$1020.00 if anyone is curious.

Hopefully the quality has increased with the price.

Picked one up from a retailer in Edmonton a couple months ago (that had just been manufactured, not old stock) and it showed up flawless in both fit and function (so far). Haven't put a pile of rounds through it, but at least 4 boxes.
 
Gahhhh, I wish you weren't so far away! I know Remlin has improved quality recently but I really want to touch first, these are dream rifles.

The regular 1895 is an $800 gun. Add the all stainless parts, the laminated wood, extended magazine tube, big loop lever and a $200 XS sight rail.
1020 sounds pretty cheap now doesnt it. You wont find under $1300 today anyways.
 
Paid $1400+tax for min 6 months ago. Great gun, fit and finish is actually really good, super heavy barrel. If your going to visit Jurassic World you should have one.
