Anyone buy one of these? What do you think? What is the new "fire control" trigger like...decent pull? Accurate guns?
I'm after a .22 mag, but I'm not ready to drop $$ on a CZ just yet. Looking at the 925 and the 983.

I just bought a 925M a couple of weeks ago. I've had it to the range twice since I bought it.

It shoots really well and the trigger is pretty decent too. The bolt is a little stiff but I'm sure it will wear in. All in all I found the rifle to be an excellent gun for the money.

I have an older one (purchased about 10 years ago) and I am very pleased with it. Assuming the quality of these rifles has not changed I would recommend buying one. Mine is very accurate... it likes the higher end ammo from Winchester and Remington which is fine by me as the faster, more rapidly expanding ammo is more "impressive" on thin skinned critters.

ive got a 25 year old marlin .22 and it seems far better built than the new ones.. much better woodwork, new ones look like chipboard varnished..
and it will prob get worse now they are owned by remington.. i compared it side by side with new ones and they seemed like toys. but did seem a bit better than the savages..

get a an older marlin or a CZ, thats what im doing for my next rimfire..
