Marlin .338 Express

Does anyone know where i can buy one of these? I've been looking around, can't seem to find any. Or if anyone has any info about them at all.

I believe they were discontinued. I may be wrong but I didn't see it listed in the last catalog

I was after one a few years back when they were on the shelf. I was considering the .338 or possibly 308 ME.

After some research, there were some problems reported with the actions locking up after firing. Perhaps the pressures were too high (bottle-necked case)?

Replacement parts and brass/ammo will be a problem too. I definitely would not pay $1k for one of these...
