Anyone know where I can get a set of xs ghost rings, or similar, for my 39a? I tried Epps but they said it would be 3 months to order.

Watch Ebay for the old Redfield 70 series receiver sight, made of actual steel. They were made for, and go nicely with, 39s.

I will likely go for these, I was looking to put the xs on the 39 as I have it on my 1895. Should give me the same sight picture more or less.

I went with XS for that exact same reason and am happy I did.

Call Brownells as I don't believe there is an issue for them to ship XS sights to Canada. I ordered a couple of front sight blades two months ago and they came in without any problems.

I maybe wrong but I thought XS didn't have all their t's crossed or i's dotted with the current paper work bs for free trade with our neighbors to the south.....

I heard that too but Brownells was able to ship their product. Perhaps they did get everything in order. If the OP calls and finds out, please let us know.
