Yup.
For all practical purposes the 4 in the tube is probably plenty anyway, but the full length mag tube looks better in my humble opinion. I have one of those "cowboy" models, but had it cut down to 22". I've never loaded the tube up all the way but I believe mine will hold 7.

Yes. Both versions are specified with 18.5 inch barrel, the big loop version has the magazine tube extended to the full length of the barrel. I agree with gunlaker that it looks good, but I wonder if the extra weight that far out affects the balance to a significant extent for carrying? If your target isn't sticking around to shoot back (and miss), four rounds is probably all you will have a chance to use. But I usually start a hunt with my Enfield magazine full.

This is the version I'd be looking at. Its not often that an off the shelf rifle has everything I'd want in a single package, but the 1895SBL certainly seems to, without recourse to a gunsmith! The scope rail and the laminated stock are sure to offend the purists though.
Purists can hate it, but I love everything about it and it is a great handling rifle. You will love the fast sights and natural pointability. Easy to shoot with the hot loads, my wife loves it as much as me and wants one of her own. Now I need to scrape up another 1100 bucks!
I ordered the leather from Levergun Leather Works in Idaho, the quality and fit is excellent, and Lever is a great guy to deal with. Be prepared to wait 4-5 months though, he is busy and it's all made to order.

Well I did some research and now I'm not too happy. I like the look of the standard guide gun's 4 shot tube, but also love everything about the 1895GBL, the blued gun with laminate stock, rail, peep sights etc.
Anyone know if I can buy a standard guide gun, and then buy the rail, peep sights and laminate stock from marlin? Do they sell aftermarket parts for these things?

If you like everything about the GBL exept for the long tube, it would be easier to get it and replace the tube with a shorter one. (I think) Alaskan (?) Guns does it the other way around, and replaces the short tube on their modified guide guns.
There are a fair bit of options, for these such as large loops for the straight stocks ($100), Fire Sights ($40), reciever peeps and tang sights (Marble, Lyman etc). Not to mention the long picatinny rail, forend flash light holders etc. Pretty sure you can buy different stocks as well, including fiberglass.

I bought my Marlin from Wholesale Sports Calgary in January, they had 4 in stock but I'm sure they are gone, not sure if they have stock now.
The laminated stock is available from Marlin as far as I know, and the Picatinny rail with or without sights is available from XS Sight Systems, not sure who the Canadian distributor is but you could try The Shooting Edge in Calgary, I believe I've seen XS products on their shelves. Th P/N from XS for the rail and sights is ML-1001-5 and is listed on their U.S. site at $150.
