Marlin 56 lever action 22lr

Hey,
I have a marlin 56 lever in the 22lr and it's consitently jaming. The jaming usaully happens after the 5 round. It either stays in the chamber or it comes out half way. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what to do to fix the problem.

Should i take it in as the warrenty still is valed, that would be probably the safest. I just wanted to know what exactly is wronge. Let me know if you have any sugestions.
