Marlin 70/795 Aluminum trigger guard

There is an after-market trigger guard for the 70/795, made by DIP.

Since I tightened the screw at the rear of my 70PSS and had the factory plastic piece fall into 10+ little pieces (now held together with JB weld), I need a replacement! Something that will outlast the plastic by many years.

Help me CGN, where in Canada can I source this part, or something like it?

Trigger guard cracked again, repaired it once more. Bump for help! Need this part soon!

Even in the US, aftermarket parts for the Marlins are few and far between. I've been searching in Canada for months now with no success. I did get in touch with DIP several months ago. They claimed to be working on getting an export license but I never heard back from them.
