Marlin bolt action.....

You know, I have never ever fired a Marlin. No, I haven't lived a sheltered life...it's just that none of the hunters around here ever used them. Okay, I'm a Noob...so shoot me! Damn I said that on the wrong site!!! :50cal:

upon closer inspection it looks like a Remington 700 style bolt handle and safety lever knob....a Savage/Rem 700 hybrid........caint be all bad, but that goofy barrel nut ruins the lines....but the lack of that goofy sear lever thing that the Savage has on the right side of the rear bridge is a definite plus...

Bloody hell. I've never even owned a push feed. In fact I've hardly ever handled one. I hand them right back to those that offer a fondle - they make me feel, well, dirty :redface:

And now my favorite fa manufacture comes up with this  They're nice and light I see anyways. And they can paint stocks just as good as Gatehouse. Should be a real hit with the mail order crowd.

Looks like an improved Stevens 200. Very interesting. If it ends up being as accurate, it'll soon get it's own cult following.

The only disappointment for me is that the bolt doesn't lock when the safety is on.

Another Marlin Frankengunbolt gun ?

win 70 bases.....Savage like bolt and barrel nut...

I like the adjustable trigger, too bad about the stock and trigger guard. It will be interesting to see what chamberings will be available and at what price ?

By your own admission you have never owned a good "push feed". You should try one. If your not into trench warfare they work great. :) And I'm not talking Remington. :ninja:
