Marlin Lever 22 octagonal barrel

Hi I have a Marlin 22 I would like to get some information on. It has a 23.5 inches barrel approx. The patened dates on the barrel are 1878-1889 and 1892. It is a take down. It has a folding buckhorn sight on the barrel and a tang folding peep sight. The serial number is 378###. Any information and a approximate value would be appreciated. Condition is good . Some patina on the receiver.
