Marlin Model 60? Need to buy a few so.....

Thank you very much and No apologies needed. It was the most frustrating shooting I'd ever did. Can't remember how many times I got not only to the last group, but 3rd and 2nd last shot and would blow it and some groups still only over by .025-.030. Being stubborn and wanting to get it with the bipod when I was sure if I just used a solid rest it would be no problem, didn't help me either. Lol.

I can definitely relate to the last shot ruining an otherwise fine group.

Kam's been hitting the eggnog a bit too hard OP, but I was wondering the same thing. Did you buy a bouquet of Marlin 60s? :)

I've been wondering myself, and keep checking back on this post. Lol

You All make this way too easy, a bunch of enthusiasts of the sport fueling our love for the sport...... They are inbound for the New Year, won't risk the shipping chaos now. Will post a pic of them all together!!! Kids are adults so another few weeks don't mean squat, they can have a scotch and cigar with me as we watch the smoker get up to temp for the turkey ;) P.R. is my go to store 'Looky!

Merry Christmas to All!!

I bought a Model 60 about 10 years ago. It was quite accurate and utterly reliable. Trigger was not great. I lent it to a neighbor about 5 years ago and never got around to getting it back. It's probably still slaying gophers every spring.

We love our 60SB so much now i am shopping for a 60SS for me :) its the one EVERYONE goes to... i mean i have tons of cool , tactical, classic 22 but for some reason or another, the old 60 is alwasy the winner ^^ dont know why :)

I had mine out for the first time this morning at AFGC, a SS model recently purchased from Wanstalls. Threw a couple hundred rounds of mixed golden bullet, federal 525, and mini mags without a hiccup. Next time I see a stainless/laminate combo, I'll be upgrading.
